Whilst PDF24 Tools performs many functions - we wish to inform you how to use it to COMPRESS PDF files.

You may ask: Why do we need to?
The answer is simple - To Save Space and thus allow PDF files to be displayed quickly and efficiently within your site.
Also remember that your site is restricted to a Maximun Upload File Size of 10Mb.

So before you attempt to Upload any PDF Files to this site, use PDF24 Tools first to compress the PDF File by following these steps:

• Select this link https://tools.pdf24.org/en/ to go to their website.
• To Compress a PDF - select the Compress PDF option.
• Select CHOOSE Files - You can choose more that one if you wish.
• The display will show your file/s being uploaded.
• DO NOT change any of the settings show on screen, unless you believe it absolutely necessary.
• Once everything has uploaded - select the COMPRESS option.
• Once the compression has completed - select the DOWNLOAD option. Note: if you have more than one file being compressed, the site will put them all into a ZIP file.
• Select the location you wish to save the Download to.
• Close the PDF24 Tools window.
• You can now upload the PDF files you dowloaded into this website.
